The Importance of Whole Food Vitamins in Your Daily Diet

I am a firm believer in whole food vitamins, and that we have on this earth what  we need need to stay healthy, without laboratory synthesized chemicals and prescription drugs (unless absolutely necessary). My own experience has been that my body craves good food, not junk food and that’s the way I eat. People may not be aware of the dense amount of catechins found in the mangosteen fruit, a whopping 14% by weight. That is 9 times that found in green tea. Research shows that catechins may be a very effective against cancer along with Garcinone E, an isolated xanthone found to have anti- cancer and anti-tumor properties in lab tests through partioned chromotography using the MTT method.
